Christian Atsu has successfully been rescued – Ghana FA confirms

The Ghana Football Association has said, Ghana international Christian Atsu has been successfully rescued following Monday’s quakes in Turkey which have so far claimed 4,800 lives.

Atsu was reportedly trapped under the rubble after the earthquake in the early hours of Monday, 6th February 2023.

‘Update: We’ve received some positive news that Christian Atsu has been successfully rescued from the rubble of the collapsed building and is receiving treatment.

Let’s continue to pray for Christian” The Ghana FA said.
