Kessben FM At 20: Kessben Media in collaboration with Kessben Outreach Foundation donate to Mampong Babies Home and 26 other orphanage homes

Kessben Media and the Kessben Outreach Foundation have made a significant donation to Mampong Babies Home and 26 other children’s homes across Ghana

The Kessben Outreach Foundation, known for its focus on community development and philanthropy, has always been at the forefront of initiatives aimed at improving the lives of disadvantaged populations.

The recent donation to children’s homes reflects the unwavering commitment to the welfare of children who face challenges due to orphanhood, poverty, or abandonment.

This donation forms part of the foundation’s annual charitable activities, which are designed to provide direct assistance to children in need. The foundation’s focus has always been on offering not just material support but also promoting the emotional, educational, and physical well-being of children in care homes.

The donation was made to a total of 27 children’s homes, including the Mampong Babies Home, a facility that caters to infants and young children who have been abandoned or orphaned. Other homes that received support include the Kumasi Children’s Home, Accra Children’s Home, and several others located in both urban and rural areas.

The items donated included foodstuffs, clothing, educational materials, and essential household items. The foundation also made provisions for infrastructural improvements in some of the homes to create a more conducive and nurturing environment for the children.

The contribution from Kessben Outreach Foundation is expected to have a lasting impact on the lives of the children who reside in these homes. By providing not only material goods but also access to better education, healthcare, and recreational facilities, the foundation is helping to pave the way for these children to build brighter futures.

One of the key goals of the donation is to reduce the burden on caregivers, who often face financial and logistical challenges in meeting the needs of large numbers of children. The foundation’s efforts are aimed at creating a more sustainable and holistic support system for the children, ensuring that they receive the love, care, and opportunities they deserve.

In a brief statement, the General Manager of Kessben Outreach Foundation, Sammy Adu Boakye, and the General Manager of Kessben Media Andrew-Danso Aninkrah expressed gratitude to all those who made the donations possible and emphasized the importance of collective responsibility in ensuring the well-being of vulnerable children.
