Akufo Addo is a direct beneficiary of Galamsey – Akwasi Addae Odike (Video)
The founder and leader of the United Front Party, Akwasi Addae Odike has alleged that the president of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo is a direct beneficiary of illegal mining activities in Ghana.
The outspoken politicians reckon it is because of the above reason that’s why the president can’t take a firm decision about the illegal mining activities happening in Ghana.
Odike speaking on Kessben Maakye with Kwame Appiah Kubi claimed that many big men who are behind Galamsey activities in Ghana are close allies of the president.
He cited the Ashanti regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Chairman Wontumi.
“Ghanaian pastors fear Akufo Addo. Since Akufo Addo was elected as president they have all become silent like nothing is happening meanwhile things are being destroyed.
The people who are doing the Galamsey are the very people who are close to him at the presidency and elsewhere. We know Wontumi has been doing it and nothing has been done. Those who are doing it are his closest allies. He is a direct beneficiary” Odike said.
