NPP Greater Accra Regional Operations Visits Darkuman Fire Victims

Mr Alex Boye Mr. Prince Obeng, the Greater Accra Regional Organiser, expressed their condolences to victims of the Darkuman fire outbreak victims in the Greater Accra Region on Friday. According to reports, the leadership purpose at the location was to console the victims over the loss of their belongings. During the visit, the team lead by Mr. Kofi Antwi gave the victims an undisclosed amount of money for food and shelter. Mr. Antwi told the reporters that their presence on the scene was to show compassion and sorrow for the victims. We’ve put ourselves in the victims’ shoes, and that’s why we’re here today to show them love and care,” he said. Mr. Antwi urged the victims to be calm, saying that the government was working hard to help them reclaim their possessions . He also vowed to work with the National Identification Authority to guarantee that their missing National Identification cards and sim cards were restored as soon as feasible.
