Ejisu MP Donates Science Laboratory Equipment and Chemicals to Onwe SHS
Member of Parliament for Ejisu Constituency and Deputy Finance Minister Dr John Kumah on Friday, 13 August 2021, donated science equipment to Onwe Senior High School in the Ejisu constituency.
The school since it’s inception has lacked a proper laboratory with equipment and chemicals to facilitate teaching and learning of science.
Through the support of the Minister for Education, Hon. Yaw Adutwum, the Honourable Deputy of finance was able to secure various state of the art equipment and chemicals to stock the Science laboratory of the school and to commission it for use by the students.
According to the Honourable member of parliament Dr John Kumah, his next objective is to ensure that a computer laboratory and a library is constructed in the school while also investing in other educational facilities across the constituency.
The Honourable MP extended words of appreciation to the Chief of Onwe, Nana Asokwa Gyeabour II, Municipal Director of Education, Mr.Kwabena Owusu and everyone who joined us for the donation.
