I don’t blame that ‘Awusi or whatever’, but blame President Mahama for appointing such an arrogant woman – Lawyer Owusu Juanah
A Ghanaian legal practitioner, Charles Owusu Juanah, has weighed in on the recent controversy involving the Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Free Zones Authority, Mary Awusi, and the Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye.
Speaking on Kessben TV with Kwabena Owusu Dankwah (KOD), Lawyer Juanah stated that he does not hold the CEO personally responsible for the act of disrespect toward the Pentecost leader. Instead, he directed his criticism at John Dramani Mahama, accusing the President of making what he described as a poor appointment decision.
According to him, leadership appointments should reflect not only competence but also character and decorum, especially when dealing with respected figures in society.
He argued that the situation highlights concerns about accountability at the highest level of governance.
