Hearts of Oak’s Benjamin Asare honored by Ghana National Ex-Goalkeepers Union

Benjamin Asare, the goalkeeper for Hearts of Oak, has received recognition from the Ghana National Ex Goalkeepers Union for his outstanding play this season.
The Union recognized Asare’s influence at the club and national levels with a brief ceremony at the Sunlodge Hotel, led by former Ashgold goalie Adjei Agyeman.
In his debut season at Accra Hearts of Oak, Asare has been dependable in goal, recording 16 clean sheets with three games remaining. He has also won a spot in the Black Stars squad because to his performances.
To demonstrate their support, former goalkeepers who had previously played for elite clubs and the national team attended the occasion.
The attendees expressed pride in Benjamin Asare’s journey and hoped it would inspire him to achieve much more.
Asare finished the previous season with 16 clean sheets while playing for Accra Great Olympics. He is now among the best keepers in the Ghana Premier League after two consecutive successful seasons.
