MP for Oforikrom Hon Michael Akwasi Aidoo hands over 20,000 litres of polytank to University Primary School in Kumasi

With the aim of improving quality education in the country, the Member of Parliament for the Oforikrom constituency in the Ashanti region has handed 20,000 liters of polytank to KNUST Basic Primary School.
Speaking to the media after the presentation, Hon Michael Akwasi Aidoo pledged his commitment to support his constituency in terms of education when the need arises.
He added that plans are far ahead to commission a number of educational projects in the constituency.
Hon. Aidoo continued that education is his number one focus because, without education, the country would not be able to progress faster.
Headmistress of KNUST Primary School, Mrs. Irene Nkansah, expressed her gratitude to the member of parliament for his numerous supports to the school, but quickly added that the school lacks some infrastructure.
Mrs. Irene Nkansah added that the school’s washrooms and toilet facilities are in a bad state.
