. “A Decade of Excellence: Opagyakotwere Celebrates 10 Years of Leadership”

The Adansihene, Opagyakotewere Bonsra Afriyie II has declared amnesty for all sub divions who have defaulted service to the Adansi Traditional Council as he expressed his worry over the situation.
The Adansihene made this declaration during the launch of his 10th Anniversary at Fomena, under the theme ‘ A Decade of Peace Building, Accountability and Transparent Leadership; The Adansi Story and the Expectations of its Traditional Leaders’.
Opagyakotewere Bonsra Afriyie II stated that, the doors of Bonsra Afriyie Palace are open to anybody who wishes to visit for any reason as he reiterates his readiness to accept all divisions who no longer represent and perform duties at the traditional council back with open arms in his quest to forge a united and strong Adansiman and invited them to join in the celebration of his 10 years anniversary of reign as Adansihene.
He further extended invitation to the people of Adansiman to actively participate in all the programmes and activities lined up for the anniversary celebration, more especially to the grand durbar slated for 28th September, 2024 at the Fomena Methodist school park.
Bishop Nun Abubakar, (rtd) Kumasi Diocese Methodist Church who chaired the launch added his voice to the call for unity, love and peace to reign amongst the people of Adansi and requested all divisions to come together and work towards the growth of Adansiman.
The launch was climaxed with the unveiling of the anniversary logo and souvenirs as well as fund raising to help raise funds to support the various vision and targets of the Adansihene as well wishers are encouraged to donate into the Opagyakotewere at 10 Anniversary account at the Adansi Rural Bank.
The Chairman and CEO of Accurate Giant Company Mr.Alex Hanson, took the opprotunity to donate a van to the Adansi traditional council in fulfilment of a promise made to the Adansihene to acquire a vehicle befitting the status of the traditional council.
A total number of 356 people accessed free registration and renewal unto the national health insurance scheme during the launch as part of the Adansihene’s pursuit to improve the health of the people.
