“Ghana & Japan Unite: Empowering Youth through Technical Skills, Language Training & Job Opportunities”
The partnership between Ghana and Japan, according to Paul Kwabena Amaning, CEO of Dapaul Company Ltd. and Executive Member of the Japan-Ghana Economic and Cultural Exchange program, aimed to welcome the Director General to Japan and further strengthen the cooperation between Ghana and Japan in the fields of technical education, vocational training, and private sector investment.
As per his statement, the conversations centered over present and upcoming undertakings, tackling obstacles, and investigating ways to improve educational programs and mutual assistance.

The meeting started with introductions, during which each member gave a brief overview of their initiatives that they are working on in Ghana.
These projects span a diverse range of sectors, including automobile, manufacturing, palm production, paper production, and IT services.
According to Paul Amaning ,their initiative focuses on aligning with Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to provide students and the general public with skills that are both practical and globally relevant.
In partnership with &m Institute and GAFA, we will deliver training in the Japanese language and automotive technology.
This dual focus not only enhances technical proficiency but also prepares participants for employment opportunities in Japan.
Each participant shared their mission and the specific goals they aim to achieve through their initiatives in Ghana.
To ensure accessibility, the program will be offered with flexible payment options, allowing fees to be paid in installments. Our aim is to remove financial barriers and provide an inclusive path for all interested participants. The essence of our program is straightforward: learn the Japanese language, gain technical skills, and access job opportunities in Japan.
“This initiative represents a significant step towards equipping our youth with the skills needed to compete and succeed in the global marketplace. By investing in their education and professional development, we are paving the way for a brighter future for Ghana,”he added.
