Fire guts AAMUSTED, Assets Worth Hundreds Of Thousands of Ghana Cedis Destroyed (Photos)
The old Auditorium of The Akenten Appiah Menka University Of Skill Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED) was caught by fire in the early hours of Thursday 22nd December 2022.
According to Bismark Ahenful, a student who spoke on Kessben FM’s Breaking News, the fire started around 1 am in the wee hours destroying virtually everything in the Auditorium.
Early reports point out that it will cost the school hundreds of thousands of Ghana Cedis to replace the things that were lost to the fire.
The fire did spread to other assets of the university at the Transportation Department of the institution causing some damages as well.
The timely intervention of the Ghana Fire Service averted the fire not to have transcended the administration block of the school.
