The morning show team of Kessben Maakye delved deep into some bad attitudes that drag back productivity in various public institutions in Ghana.
Over the last few weeks, the managing director of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), Kwame Agyemang Budu has been under severe criticism as some of the workers of ECG have even called for the head of the MD.
The Maakye team decided to go deep into the happenings at the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) which has triggered some workers to call for the sacking of Mr. Budu.
Checks by the team reveal this is not the first time the workers are calling for the sacking of an MD but something the workers have consistently been doing over these years.
The workers appear not to be often on good terms with their MDs, an indication of the fact that some things are not right.
The Maakye team delved deep to find out what exactly may be happening on the grounds. From what was learned by the team, some workers of these public institutions have been taken so much for granted with bad attitudes to work.
An institution where a worker goes for launch at 12:30pm and returns to the office around 4:00pm will certainly not give out the best to the people. Acquisition of metres and other things which ought to be processed simply has become an opportunity to make money by some workers.
