Winners of Nigeria Music Video Awards named
Video director Kemi Adetiba beat other top directors, including Clarence Peters and Moe Musa, to emerge Best Music Video Director at the Nigerian Music Video Awards, NMVA, held at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Ms. Adetiba won the award for directing Olamide’s Sitting on the Throne.
Clarence Peters won Best Cinematography for Timi Dakolo’s Iyawo Mi. Kennis music star, Joe-El, won Best Video By A New Act for Oya Now ahead of rising star, Runtown.
Sammy Okposo won Best Gospel Video for Who Tell You Say.
The guests at the event were thrilled by performances from Skales, 2face, Oritse Femi, Harrysong, Joe El, MC Galaxy and Niyola.
