Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan’s elder brother – Baffour Gyan – and his personal assistant Samuel Anim Addo will re-appear in court today, Friday, September 12.
The two are standing trial for assaulting a correspondent of the Daily Graphic, Daniel Kenu.
Kenu was reportedly assaulted for questioning Asamoah Gyan over the mysterious disappearance of hiplife artiste Castro.
Castro drowned some two months ago with a female friend Janet Bandu at Ada after he and Gyan had travelled to the Eastern region for a holiday.
Baffour and his assistant have pleaded not guilty to the charge of assault.
