Rafinha left Barcelona on a free transfer last summer as he joined Paris Saint-Germain, but he could help the club financially only 12 months after his departure.
The deal taking him to France included no money up-front, only three million euros in variables and a 35 percent sell-on fee. Now, 34 appearances later, Lazio, AC Milan and Aston Villa have all shown an interest in signing him.
That’s according to Calciomercato, after Mauricio Pochettino only started him in eight fixtures after his arrival. He would not object to the Brazilian’s departure, which would bring in at least 10m euros.
As such, Barcelona could earn a minimum of 3.5m euros in a summer where every source of income could help the club to overcome a delicate financial situation.
