CSSPS: All students will be successfully admitted despite challenges – Francisca Yeboah, Free (SHS) Coordinator, Ashanti Region
The Free Senior High School (SHS) Coordinator for the Ashanti Region, Francisca Yeboah, has assured parents and students that all eligible students will be successfully admitted despite challenges confronting the Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).
Speaking on Kessben FM, Madam Yeboah acknowledged the difficulties associated with the current placement process but said the challenges would not prevent students from securing admission to Senior High Schools.
She urged parents, guardians and students to remain calm as the relevant authorities work to address issues affecting the placement system.
According to her, efforts are being made to resolve the challenges and ensure that every student is appropriately placed and admitted.
Madam Yeboah reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring that students benefit from the Free SHS policy, assuring stakeholders that no eligible student would be left behind because of difficulties with the CSSPS.
She therefore encouraged parents and students to exercise patience and follow the official processes as the authorities work towards resolving the outstanding issues.
