Bissa community warns against political interference and sabotage of professionals

The Bissa community has cautioned against political interference and deliberate attempts to undermine Bissa professionals in various sectors.

Speaking on Kessben TV, representatives of the community expressed concern over what they described as efforts to frustrate qualified Bissa professionals and hinder their progress because of political differences.

The group stressed that professionals should be judged on the basis of competence, integrity and performance rather than their political affiliations or personal relationships.

They called on political actors and other stakeholders to desist from actions that could sabotage the careers and contributions of Bissa professionals, warning that such conduct could undermine the development of the community and the country as a whole.

The representatives further urged members of the Bissa community to remain united, support one another and defend the interests of professionals who have earned opportunities through merit.

They said the community would continue to advocate for fairness, equal opportunities and a conducive environment where Bissa professionals could contribute meaningfully to national development.

The group also appealed to the public to avoid politicising professional appointments and to focus on competence and qualifications when assessing individuals entrusted with public and institutional responsibilities.
