I Will Support The New Office Building With Chippings Stone & Resources – Nhyiaeso Constituency Chairman Assures Asanteman Coka

The chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Nhyiaeso constituency Kwadwo Owusu Bempah has pledged logistical support for the party’s planned new headquarters in the Ashanti Region, vowing to supply construction materials free of charge.
The pledge was made during a visit to the Ashanti Regional Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, popularly known as COKA, at the temporary regional office located at Ridge in the Nhyiaeso Constituency.
Speaking during the visit, the Nhyiaeso chairman, who is also a quarry operator, said he was committed to ensuring the NPP returns to power and would back initiatives aimed at strengthening the party’s structures.
“As a businessman who wants the NPP to come back to power, I will ensure I do all I can to make it happen,” he said.
“I have one department at my quarry site which deals with chippings and so when you cut the sod at any location for the new regional party office project, when it comes to chippings you won’t buy chippings. I will supply it.”
He urged COKA not to be discouraged as he leads the party in its stronghold, adding that he was ready to support him to succeed and to help former vice president Mahamudu Bawumia become president in 2029.
The NPP, which lost the December 2024 general election to the National Democratic Congress, is undertaking a reorganisation drive ahead of its presidential primaries and the 2028 general elections, which the party has projected to 2029 in its internal discourse.
COKA, who has opened a temporary regional office in Kumasi, has proposed constructing a new, permanent Ashanti Regional party office as part of his campaign agenda.
