Dr. Kwasi Kyei blames NDC for introducing insult politics in Ghana
NPP comm team member Dr. Kwasi Kyei has accused the NDC of introducing what he described as the “politics of insults” into Ghana’s political landscape.
Speaking on Kessben FM while reacting to the reported arrest of Kwame Baffoe Abronye by the NDC government, Dr. Kyei argued that the culture of harsh political attacks and verbal abuse did not begin with the NPP.
According to him, the NDC laid the foundation for confrontational political discourse in Ghana, adding that current criticisms directed at Abronye should be viewed within a broader political context.
Dr. Kyei further claimed that political tensions in the country have intensified over the years due to increasing intolerance and provocative commentary from actors on both sides of the political divide.
