The people who are unable to see their future are the ones who are destroying their lives today with bad habits – Rev Vincent Kankam

Ghanaian preacher Rev. Vincent Kankam has urged young people to develop a clear vision for their future, warning that a lack of direction often leads to destructive lifestyle choices.

Speaking on his programme on Kessben FM, part of the Kessben Media network, Rev. Kankam stated that “the people who are unable to see their future are the ones who are destroying their lives today with bad habits.”

According to the clergyman, many social problems confronting the youth,  including substance abuse, gambling addiction and immoral behaviour,  stem from a failure to set long-term goals. He stressed that when individuals lack a sense of purpose, they are more likely to engage in activities that provide short-term pleasure but long-term harm.

Rev. Kankam encouraged listeners to invest in personal development, spiritual growth and disciplined living. He advised parents and guardians to guide their children in discovering their talents early and nurturing ambitions that will shape responsible adulthood.
