Onyaano Dedeiman Gets New Family Head, Charged to Foster Unity and Preserve Family Lands

A renowned Urban Development Planner and consultant, Bernard Abeiku Arthur, has been enstooled as Nana Kwaku Nyarko II, Abusuapanyin of Onyaano/Dedeiman, a town in the Akwapim Traditional Area.
The enstoolment ceremony, held at the Brekuso Palace, was attended by elders, warriors, and key stakeholders of the community. Nana Odei Leebi, Asona Gyasehene, charged the new Abusuapanyin to foster unity and lead the family to greatness, transforming the community into a sustainable, resilient, and proud heritage haven.
Nana Kwaku Nyarko II, with a clear vision, outlined strategic pillars to drive development in Onyaano/Dedeiman. The community has rallied behind their new leader, pledging to work together to achieve unity and development.
The new family head expressed his commitment to upholding tradition and avoiding insubordination, vowing unwavering loyalty to the Chief of Brekuso, Odeifo Oteng Kronkye II. He advised the youth of the area to join hands in shaping the town’s future, promising to hold the honour and duty of serving the family with humility, truth, and unity, and to preserve family lands.
Nana Odei Leebi praised the new Abusuapanyin’s vision and commitment, urging all to support him in his endeavour. The community looks forward to the development plan of Nana Kwaku Nyarko II, which is expected to bring hope and prosperity to Onyaano/Dedeiman.
