It’s a foolish talk to be saying ‘3B3FA 3BEFA’ without having any working plan – Ghanaian Pastor tells desperate youth chasing success

Pastor Prince Nana Sarpong of Emmanuel Assemblies of God, Y/F Stadium, Kumasi, has cautioned against the mindset of expecting great success without putting practical plans in place.
Speaking on Kessben Drive with host Fante Quoo, the pastor described it as “foolish” for anyone to claim they are destined for massive success while lacking a clear and workable plan. According to him, faith, vision, and hard work must be backed by deliberate strategies to produce meaningful results.
Pastor Sarpong emphasized that success, whether in ministry, business, or personal life, does not happen by mere declarations.
He explained that preparation, discipline, and consistent effort are key components of progress, adding that even divine guidance requires human responsibility.
He reminded people that dreaming big is important, but turning those dreams into reality demands planning and action. The pastor urged listeners to move beyond words and take intentional steps toward their goals.
