Promoting Inclusive Education: UK partners Ghana to enhance quality education, culture and tourism

Ghana is fortunate with a mutually beneficial partnership with the United Kingdom (UK) to enhance quality inclusive education, culture and tourism here in Ghana.

The UK-based Willenhall E-ACT Academy has expressed interest in collaborating with Ghanaian schools through Hands Together Outreach (a charity organization) to foster provision of educational support, exchange of cultural values, and facilitate overall development of our indigenous schools.

Piloting this UK-Ghana initiative with Tsito Secondary Technical Senior High School in the Volta Region, necessitated a prior visit of officials of Hands Together Outreach to the Tsito Traditional Council to cement the partnership deal with custodians of the land in which the school is located.

Interacting with journalists after a red successful discourse between the two parties, the International Coordinator for Hands Together Outreach (HTO), Yaw Opoku Prempeh underscored the importance of this partnership to both Ghana and United Kingdom.

On his side, the Founder of Hands Together Outreach, Dominic Atama was elated for the successes chalked by the NGO in a shortest possible time.

According to him, aside donations they make to vulnerable persons in Ghana, the most key objective is to promote education, provide quality healthcare, and housing to the marginalized.

However, this being the first intervention of this new goal, Mr. Atama believes strongly that they are on course.

The HTO Founder expressed optimism that with the proper implementation of this programme, most underprivileged communities will be emancipated from the troubles they grapple with.
