Ghana Gaming and Lottery Awards: Alpha Lotto and BetPawa Shine

The prestigious Ghana Gaming and Lottery Awards ceremony, organized by Syndicated Entertainment Solutions, took place recently, recognizing excellence and promoting responsible practices in the industry. Leading private lotto operator Alpha Lotto Limited and gaming company BetPawa Ghana emerged as top winners, each securing three awards.

Alpha Lotto’s Triple Victory

Alpha Lotto Limited dominated the lottery category, claiming three prestigious awards:

  1. CEO of the Year: Kenneth Kwame Asare
  2. Private Lotto Company of the Year
  3. Marketing Campaign of the Year (Lottery)

BetPawa’s Gaming Triumph

BetPawa Ghana excelled in the gaming category, taking home three awards:

Industry Leaders’ Remarks

Gary Nimako-Marfo, Board Chairman of the NLA, emphasized the need for a merger between the NLA and Gaming Commission to streamline regulatory processes. He also announced that 28 lottery companies had been issued licenses.

Alex Apau Dadey, Board Chairman of the Ghana Investment Promotion Council (GIPC), encouraged gaming and lottery operators to innovate and collaborate.

Deputy Attorney General, Diana Asonaba Dapaah, stressed the importance of ethical and responsible gaming practices.

Manuella Frempomaa Ansong, CEO of Syndicated Entertainment Solutions, congratulated the award winners on their significant contributions to the industry.
