A/R: Fake herbal Doctor busted for packaging gari in capsules
A young man believed to be in his thirties has been arrested by the police in Sekyere Kumawu after selling fake herbal medicines to the public.
The District Chief Executive of Sekeyer Kumaswu, Samuel Addai Agyegum speaking on Kessben FM’s Breaking News confirmed the arrest of of the quack doctor.
He said his outfit had apparently started an operation to bring to book quack doctors who in recent years have taken over information centers exploiting the sick through herbal medicine.
The Quack doctor had claimed his medicine named Agya Evans Koo Capsules treats about 10 diseases.
After he was caught, It was discovered that the capsules only contained gari.
