I don’t have control over the Afari Military Hospital Project. I’m coordinating with the defence ministry to ensure the project is completed fully – Wisdom Osei Boamah

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Atwima Nwabiagya, Wisdom Osei Boamah, has clarified that he does not have direct control over the Afari Military Hospital project.

Speaking on Kessben FM, Mr. Osei Boamah explained that the project falls under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defence and not the municipal assembly. He noted, however, that he is working closely with the ministry to help ensure the successful completion of the facility.

“I don’t have control over the Afari Military Hospital project. I’m coordinating with the Defence Ministry to ensure the project is completed fully,” he stated.

The MCE emphasized the importance of the project to the people of the area and expressed optimism that ongoing collaboration with the relevant authorities would help bring the project to completion.
