MCE for Atwima Nwabiagya, Wisdom Osei Boamah, denies involvement in Military confrontation at Afari Hospital project site
The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Atwima Nwabiagya, Wisdom Osei Boamah, has denied any involvement in the presence of military personnel who reportedly confronted members of the Minority Caucus during a visit to the Afari Hospital project site.
Speaking on Kessben FM, Mr. Osei Boamah stated that he had no hand in the actions of the military officers and stressed that they did not seek his permission before going to the site.
According to the MCE, he was not consulted by the military personnel and therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions during the incident.
The confrontation has generated public discussion, with calls for clarity on the circumstances surrounding the military’s presence at the hospital project site. Further details are expected as stakeholders continue to address the matter.
