If you want to be great and you don’t want to serve, you are joking – Rev. Vincent Kankam (Sofo Kankam)

Rev. Vincent Kankam has urged people seeking greatness in life to embrace humility and service, saying true leadership cannot exist without serving others.

Speaking on his “Food For Thought” show on Kessben FM, the renowned preacher stated that anyone who desires greatness but refuses to serve is only deceiving themselves.

“If you want to be great and you don’t want to serve, you are joking,” Rev. Kankam said during the broadcast.

According to him, many people aspire to positions of influence and success but are unwilling to make sacrifices or support others along the way. He stressed that service, discipline, and humility remain key principles for achieving lasting success.

The preacher also encouraged the youth to develop a servant-leadership mindset, noting that some of the world’s most respected leaders earned their influence through dedication to others.
