You can disagree with him, but you would cherish Bawumia if he were to be your uncle – Mahmoud Kabore to NDC members

Mahmoud Kabore has called on members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to avoid insults in political discourse, urging party supporters to engage in respectful criticism instead of personal attacks.

Speaking on Kessben TV, the spokesperson for the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources said people may disagree with former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia on political issues, but that should not lead to insults or disrespect.

“You can disagree with Bawumia but it’s not an insult. You would have cherished it if Bawumia was your uncle,” Kabore stated.

According to him, Ghana’s political environment would become healthier if supporters focused on policies and ideas rather than attacking personalities. He stressed that political tolerance and mutual respect are essential for national unity and democratic growth.
