Unity is key for NPP’s Resurgence – George Krobea Asante to TESCON
George Krobea Asante, Deputy Communications Director of the NPP, emphasized the importance of unity among TESCON members during the UG TESCON ALUMNI CONNECT AND FRESHERS ORIENTATION at Legon City Campus and Legon Main Campus. He admonished members to avoid bastardizing party executives and instead work together towards a common purpose.
Krobea Asante stressed that unity is key to the NPP’s resurgence, especially after the disappointing outcome of the 2024 elections. He encouraged TESCON members to leverage new media platforms to promote the party’s ideals and achievements, and to reach out to every student on campus, especially freshers.
The event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Hon. Asenso Boakye, founder of TESCON and MP for Bantama; Madam Akosua Manu, former NPP 2024 Adenta Parliamentary aspirant and former Deputy National Youth Authority CEO; and Patron of UG TESCON.
Krobea Asante’s message was clear: with unity and intensified communication efforts, the NPP will rise from the ashes of defeat and be well-positioned for the 2028 elections. He also donated an undisclosed sum of money to support TESCON activities on campus, demonstrating his commitment to empowering the youth and promoting the party’s ideals.
