All is set for the Accra Sports Stadium to host the Black Stars’ vs CHAD World Cup Qualifier game on 17th March – Mr. Seth Panwum-Bayoyo

The Acting Director of the National Sports Authority (NSA), Mr. Seth Panwum-Bayoyo, has confirmed that all is in place for the much-anticipated 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifier game between the Black Stars of Ghana and the national football team of Chad. The match is scheduled to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on March 17, 2025.
Mr. Panwum-Bayoyo reassured the public and football fans that the NSA has completed all necessary arrangements to ensure the stadium is fully prepared to host the thrilling international encounter. The game, which is a crucial part of Ghana’s World Cup qualification campaign, is expected to attract thousands of fans, and the NSA has been working closely with relevant authorities to ensure a smooth and successful event.
According to the NSA Acting Director, the agency has also coordinated with security personnel, local authorities, and transport services to ensure that matchday logistics run seamlessly. With large crowds expected, safety protocols and crowd management strategies have been carefully planned out to avoid any disruptions.
