Kyekyeku & 39-40 finally react & explain “Breaking Away From Akabenezer” rumors (Video)
Ghanaian comedians Kyekyeku and 39-40 have addressed reports circulating on social media that they have switched camp from Akabenezer.
The duo speaking on Kessben TV’s Music Plus with Mr Bonez completely rubbished the reports reiterating that they will never break away from Akabenezer who brought them to the limelight.
The two comic actors expounded that the workload of their job recently opened the floodgate for some people to circulate those rumors because in recent times due to their schedules on various sets, they hardly meet and work together like previously.
Kyekyeku explained that even if they are to work elsewhere they inform Dr Likee about it and he will provide the necessary guidance if he cannot be on the same set with them.
He emphasized that with his recent movie which he released titled ‘1957’ Akabenzer was his major backer of the movie.
To them, such reports regarding breaking away from Akabenezer are attention-driven reports by some bloggers.
