King Faisal players abandon training ahead of epic Kotoko clash

The latest reports in the local media indicate players of King Faisal FC have boycotted training this morning due to unpaid salaries and bonuses.

The ‘Insha Allah’ lads as usual, were to hold their morning’s training session at the Paa Joe Park but astonishingly all the players abandoned it and are seriously demanding for their two months unpaid salaries and other bonuses. It is a tough situation which has to be dealt with as soon as possible by the club’s top hierarchy in order to get the players well-psyched up and poised for the big game coming up against the giants Asante Kotoko as they continue to seek for survival. King Faisal moved out of the relegation zone after putting two goals past Legon Cities last Monday in week 31 of the ongoing campaign and will want to continue with that momentum going forward. They travel to Obuasi to lock horns with the Porcupine Warriors over the weekend in week 32 of the Ghana Premier League.
