NPP Internal Elections : Joe Ghartey congratulates participants of NPP Regional Elections
Presidential candidate aspirant and member of Parliament for Essikado-Ketan Constituency, Hon. Joe Ghartey, has congratulated all those who participated in the just-ended Regional Elections of the Ruling New Patriotic Party.
12 Regional chairmen of the NPP, including Ashanti Regional Chairman, Wontumi, were retained while new officials including the new Chairman of the NPP in the Eastern Region Jeff Konadu were elected.
In his statement, Hon. Ghartey congratulated the winners and as well encouraged the losers not to lose hope but remain determined.

Congratulations to all who took part in the Regional Elections. For the winners I say well done and for those who did not win don’t lose hope, work hard and if it is God’s will, in his own time you will be rewarded. Now is the time for hard work. We shall win the National Elections come 2024. We won in 2000, when the situation was much more difficult for us as a Party. I remember been stoned at places before the 2000 National Elections just because we belonged to different Political Parties. We have come a long way as a Party and also as a country. I am convinced that as a country, we shall overcome every challenge and grow.Great responsibilities have been placed upon all of us. I pray that we shall rise up to the challenge and as a Party we shall grow from strength to strength. God bless the NPP and God bless Ghana.
