Security Agencies Saga: We Will Send The President To Court On 21st Sept. 2021 If Monies Received From Forms Sales Are Not Refunded -CPP Communication Dir.
The director of communication for the Convention Peoples Party (CPP) , Mr. Sylvester Sarpong said government must refund monies that have been taken from applicants and suggested that the forms should be free and available on the security agencies platforms. According to him money received from these people is the cause of corruption in the security agencies.
He also stated that, there is massive extorsion in the security agencies and therefore calls on government to supervise the situation of the disaster else corruption will never be abolished in the country.
He also stated that the CPP is not interested in the business of comparing one party to the other as some political parties, but their interest is to ensure that the current president sees to it that our current problem as a nation is solved.
In addition Security Analyst, Dr Maxwell Acheampong said there should be a procedure or step to govern the security agencies.
Some Ghanaians who shared their views on this issue added that the contact/numbers given out by the authorities to enable interested people to do more enquirers are inactive.
