GFA partners UG, KNUST, UPSA to launch Ghana Football School (Video)

The Ghana Football School has been established through a partnership between the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and some tertiary institutions.

The project for skill development and capacity building was introduced on May 16, 2023, at the FA’s Accra headquarters.

The University of Ghana (UG) and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) are two of the universities working with the Ghana Football School to establish the school.

The University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA), Sunyani Technical University, the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) are the others.

“Members of the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG), active and retired, coaches, masseurs, Physiotherapists, team managers and other service providers are expected to benefit from this initiative.” The GFA said.
