Fathers must be responsible at home – Archbishop Sarpong
Most Rev. Peter Akwasi Sarpong, the Archbishop Emeritus of Kumasi Catholic Archdiocese has charged father’s to take up their responsibilities in the house as the head of the home.
Bishop Sarpong believes that most fathers do not play their fatherly role hence endangering the lives of their kids brought on earth.
He was speaking as a special guest of honour at the Father’s Day Memorial Concert organized by Immanuel Chorale GH at St. Joseph Catholic church, Tanoso in honour of the Former Chancellor of Kumasi Archdiocese and Spiritual Father of Immanuel Chorale GH.
The program was also to honour fathers for their role-play in wards upbringing.
Speaking to Kessbenonline.com after the concert, Bishop Peter Sarpong asked fathers to take good care of their wards they bring forth for them to be recognized on fathers day celebration.
