Kessben media supreme walk takes Kumasi by storm
Last Saturday,march 5th, 2016, over 100 people in their respective attire hit the streets of the Garden City to burn some fat amid fanfare at kessben media’s supreme health walk dubbed ‘ye wo kur)m”.
It comes by popular request from participants who had a good treat at a hugely-successful edition earlier this year.
The kessben media Health Walk saw hundreds of people walking over a 15-kilometre stretch through some principal streets of Kumasi and later joining instructors for aerobics sessions at the forecourt of the heroes’ park at the Baba Yara stadium.
Lead walkers include Omanhene Yaw Adu-Boakye, who leads station’s number 1 morning show and most vibrant socio-political show on radio in the Ashanti Region.
Thefre was a converging point for kessben media’s presenters, keep fit clubs, trade unions, supporters group, security agencies, and corporate bodies.
Some prominent chiefs of high profile ranking in the region who also participated were Asafohene and Akwamuhene of Kumasi, Nana Kwame Akowuah Acheamfour, nana kofi ….Sabin Akrofuomhene, Nana Konadu Boakye Yiadom kumanin, Konahene, and Nana Opoku Amponsem II, Abrenkese Nyameanihene.
People who joined kessben media’s supreme health walk dubbed ‘ye wo kur)m” to Walk have expressed satisfaction with the patronage and have indicated their readiness to join future programmes organized by the station.
