Kotoko’s funeral donation cheque they gave me after my wife’s death bounced – Bashiru Hayford

Former Asante Kotoko coach Bashiru Hayford has recounted a painful experience involving a funeral donation cheque he received from the club following the death of his wife.
Speaking on Kessben Sports with Sir Joe Laka, the experienced coach claimed that the cheque issued by Kotoko as a funeral donation bounced when he attempted to cash it.
According to Coach Hayford, the cheque was for GH¢200 and was brought to him by former Kotoko administrative official Edmund Ackah.
He further disclosed that he still has the cheque in his possession.
“When my wife died, the cheque Kotoko gave me as a funeral donation bounced. It was GH¢200, brought by Edmund Ackah. The cheque is still here,” Coach Bashiru Hayford said.
His revelation has brought attention to his past relationship with the Porcupine Warriors.
The former coach made the disclosure during an interview on Kessben Sports, hosted by Sir Joe Laka.
