“I was part of those sacked at Kessben FM” – Adwoa Kyerewaa narrates how Kessben brought her back
Kessben FM news editor Adwoa Kyerewaa has opened up about her experience at the station, revealing that she was among a group of staff members who were sacked before later being reinstated in an even higher position.
According to Kyerewaa, her return to the station was made possible through the intervention of lawyer and Kessben FM founder Kwabena Kesse, popularly known as “Kessben.”
Narrating her experience, Kyerewaa said she was part of a list of employees who lost their jobs during a difficult period at the station. However, she said Kesse intervened and helped secure her reinstatement.
She further revealed that her return came with an elevated position, describing the development as a significant turning point in her career.
Kyerewaa’s account sheds new light on her journey at Kessben FM and highlights the role the late Mr Kesse played in helping her resume her work at the media organisation.
