Avoid saving money in MoMo wallets – Financial Expert, Fiifi Bempong warns

Financial expert Mr. Fiifi Bempong has advised Ghanaians against using Mobile Money (MoMo) wallets as their primary savings platform.

Speaking on Obra Akwantuo on Kessben TV Plus with Adwoa Kyerewaa, Mr. Bempong said it is not advisable to keep savings in a MoMo wallet.

He explained that while MoMo services are convenient for everyday transactions and money transfers, individuals should consider regulated savings and investment options for long-term financial security.

He encouraged the public to strengthen their financial planning by using appropriate savings and investment products that align with their financial goals.
