BREAKING: Maxwell Kofi Jumah to sue EOCO Boss Raymond Archer over home raid

Former Managing Director of GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited, Maxwell Kofi Jumah, is preparing to take legal action against the head of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), Raymond Archer, following a recent raid at his residence.

The development was disclosed by Paul Yandoh, Ashanti Regional Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), during an interview on Kessben FM.

According to Yandoh, legal representatives of the former GIHOC boss have advised him to pursue a lawsuit against the EOCO Director-General, citing concerns over the circumstances surrounding the raid.

While details of the operation and the grounds for the intended legal action remain unclear, the incident has sparked public interest, with observers awaiting an official response from EOCO.
