Unpaid Teacher Salaries: They have targeted Haruna Iddrisu to undermine his flagbearer ambitions – Paul Yandoh drops hot filla

Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region, Paul Yandoh, has alleged that delays in the payment of teachers’ salaries may be politically motivated.
Speaking on Kessben FM with Wofa Kofi Appiah, Yandoh claimed that the appointment of Haruna Iddrisu to the Education Ministry could be part of a strategy to undermine his political standing within the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
According to him, the delays in salary payments, particularly the clearance processes handled by the Finance Ministry, may be deliberate, potentially aimed at making the Education Minister unpopular among teachers and the general public.
Yandoh further suggested that such challenges could affect Haruna Iddrisu’s perceived competence, especially in light of reported ambitions within his party.
The claims come amid growing concerns from teachers over unpaid salaries and delays in financial clearances. However, no official response has yet been issued by the Ministry of Finance or the Education Ministry regarding the allegations.
