If you want your business to collapse, continue to let your apprentices handle all works of your customers without supervision – Fante Quoo warns Masters

Media personality Fante Quoo has cautioned business owners against entrusting the full responsibility of their operations to apprentices without proper supervision.

Speaking on his show on Kessben FM, Fante Quoo warned that any master who leaves all customer work in the hands of apprentices risks running their business into collapse. According to him, while apprenticeship remains a vital pathway for skills development, business owners must remain actively involved in delivering services to clients.

He stressed that supervision ensures quality control, protects business reputation, and provides on-the-job guidance that helps apprentices learn the right standards of professionalism. “If you want your business to collapse, leave all the work for your apprentice to do without supervision,” he cautioned.

Fante Quoo further advised masters to strike a balance between training apprentices and maintaining oversight, noting that customer satisfaction should always be the top priority.

He added that consistent monitoring and mentorship are key to sustaining long-term business growth and building trust with clients.
