NDC has a strong bench, that’s why you see every appointee by Mahama performing well – Hon Vincent Asare Bediako

Hon. Vincent Asare Bediako, former NDC parliamentary candidate for Offinso South, has attributed the performance of appointees under President John Dramani Mahama to what he described as the NDC’s “strong bench.”

Speaking on Kessben FM with host Wofa Kofi Appiah, he said the depth of experienced and capable individuals within the party explains why Mahama’s appointees consistently performed well in office.

According to Hon. Asare Bediako, the NDC places emphasis on competence, experience, and party discipline when selecting individuals for public office.

This, he noted, ensures that ministers and other appointees are well-prepared to handle the responsibilities entrusted to them and deliver results for the nation.

He further argued that a strong political bench is critical for effective governance, as it allows a leader to draw from a pool of qualified professionals who understand policy, governance, and public service.
