NPP Flagbearer Race: Alan Kyerematen will return to the NPP if Bryan Acheampong wins – Ahafo Ano South West North MP, Elvis Osei Mensah Dapaah reveals
Ahafo Ano South West MP, Elvis Mensah Dapaah has stated that former Trade Minister Alan Kyerematen will return to the party if Bryan Acheampong wins the upcoming flagbearer race.
Speaking on Kessben FM in an interview with KOD, the MP, who is also a member of Bryan Acheampong’s campaign team, stated that Bryan’s leadership style is inclusive enough to reconcile long-standing differences and bring back prominent figures who have drifted away from the party.
According to Hon, Dapaah, Alan Kyerematen’s exit from the NPP left many supporters disheartened, but Bryan Acheampong’s potential victory could “restore unity and offer a fresh start rooted in respect, dialogue, and strategic leadership.”
He argued that Acheampong is the candidate capable of rebuilding bridges and strengthening internal cohesion ahead of the 2028 general elections.
