Background
The Anomabo Fisheries College project was initiated in 2012 by the late President John Evans Atta Mills to enhance the expertise and skills of emerging professionals in the fisheries sector. Defining the college’s vision and mission: Establishing a clear direction for the college and its role in promoting sustainable fisheries and aquaculture practices.
Developing academic programs: Identifying priority programs and their learning outcomes to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Proposing governance structure: Outlining the organizational and governance structure of the college, including roles and responsibilities.
Industry linkage and community engagement: Suggesting strategies for partnerships, internships, and community engagement to strengthen the link between theoretical learning and practical experience.

Expected Outcomes
