Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Asante Kotoko, Samuel Sarfo Duku, addressed ongoing rumours regarding the club’s coaching staff.
Speaking on Kessben FM, he categorically stated that neither CK Akonnor nor Maxwell Konadu is set to join the club, and that no applications for a new head coach have been solicited.
According to Duku, any recruitment for a new coach will only commence after the conclusion of the current season.
This clarification comes amidst a challenging season for the Porcupine Warriors. The team is currently under the interim management of Abdul Karim Zito, who has been guiding the squad through a tumultuous period.
