Two young men arrested after exhuming body for money rituals 

Two individuals are in critical condition and undergoing treatment at Bawjiase Polyclinic following the discovery of a ten-year-old boy’s dead body during money rituals and beatings.

In the Awutu Senya West District, two suspects, Fofo and Kwame Agboyemeh, dug up the remains of ten-year-old James Ajoyemeh at a cemetery in Adewukwa, close to Awutu Bawjiase.

They were attacked by the irate mob after being stopped by some okada drivers near Ashalaja at around one in the morning after receiving a tip.

The two weren’t slain because of the Dankyira police’s involvement.

Due to the seriousness of their injuries, the two suspects under the custody of the Awutu Bawjiase Police Command have been transferred to the Bawjiase Polyclinic for medical attention.

According to sources, the body was exhumed by the suspect three days after it was buried.
