London, UK – Dr. Bawumia Urges Ghanaians to Promote Him to President

In a passionate address to members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the United Kingdom, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the current Vice-President and presidential candidate of the NPP, made a compelling case for why he deserves to be promoted to President of Ghana in the upcoming December 2024 general election.

Highlighting his impressive track record of initiating and championing 33 cutting-edge policies during his tenure as Vice-President, Dr. Bawumia contrasted his achievements with those of his main rival, John Dramani Mahama, who he noted had failed to initiate a single policy during his time as Vice-President and President.

“I have passed the exams, and it’s time to promote me to President,” Dr. Bawumia declared, emphasizing his commitment to promoting a mindset of possibility among Ghanaians and driving the country forward with his vision and leadership.

The event, organized by the NPP-UK and the Young Executives Forum (YEF), aimed to raise funds and mobilize support for Dr. Bawumia’s 2024 campaign. The Vice-President’s speech was met with enthusiasm and applause from the audience, who pledged their unwavering support for his candidacy.

In his remarks, Dr. Bawumia outlined his objectives, including promoting a mindset of possibility, seeking to change the narrative, and upping the ante in the campaign. He expressed gratitude to NPP-UK for their contributions to the party’s success and urged them to spread the word about his vision and achievements.

Justin Frimpong Koduah, General Secretary of the NPP, and Kingsley Adumattah Agyapong, Chairman of NPP-UK, also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of choosing a candidate who can deliver and account for their actions. They expressed their firm support for Dr. Bawumia’s candidacy and pledged to work tirelessly to secure victory in the December elections.

The event marked a significant milestone in Dr. Bawumia’s campaign, demonstrating the growing momentum and support for his presidential bid. As the campaign shifts into second gear in July, it is clear that Dr. Bawumia is poised to lead Ghana to new heights, and his promotion to President is well-deserved.
